As a charity, Atfaluna is greatly dependent upon donations from friends the world over. In truth, our organization could not survive without this help. Of course we try to help ourselves through our own income generation programs, but this is often difficult considering the ongoing turmoil in our region of the world. Many do not realize the extent to which donations from our friends and support to our income generation projects help us to provide education, jobs, and hope for a brighter future for the deaf in this troubled part of the world.

Hope … that’s what your help is all about. Your help provides hope, a very rare commodity these days in the Gaza Strip as almost daily conflict traumatizes the children causing great destruction and impoverishing the community . Now, more than ever, the children need to have hope that one day things will be better ... safer … happier.
