When will my card be billed?
Once you have placed an order with Atfaluna, your credit card will not be charged until the day it is shipped. If you have further questions please contact our Customer Service Team at support@atfaluna.net

The transaction may show in your current statement or in your next statement.
This all depends on your financial institution.

Shipping Method
Domestic orders are shipped via Regular Governmental Postal Service.
International orders are shipped via Regular Governmental Postal Service.
Orders are shipped Sunday through Thursday. (Except Holidays ).
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday.
Shipping Rates
International Order charges vary from country to country; shipping charges will be added to order when order is shipped.
Shipping rates can vary due to the many factors.
Weight, location & size of order can alter the shipping rates.

How do I find a product?
There are several ways to find the products you are looking
for:
From our products page ,
you can directly link to different categories of products, by simply clicking
the link.
Or simply key in the keyword(s) of the products name, in the “Item Search”
This feature will display all items related to you specifications and keyword(s).
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Atfaluna is easy, convenient and, most
of all, secure .
Before buying, you may click on the button
to see the various features/specifications of the item you are interested in.
You may also click on the small thumbnail image or the to see a bigger and
clearer picture of the product.
When you want to place an order, simply key in the quantity you would like and select the colour you prefer then just click the button displayed at the bottom of the page.
This button adds the item to your Shopping Cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can either choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
When you have finished and want to check out, you can click on to see what you have placed in your cart. Before submitting the order, you can still add in, adjust or remove any item from your cart.
You can remove the item by clicking on the “remove” button.
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart you are ready to
check out, at this time click on the “checkout” button.
How do I pay for the order?

Checkout Process
Once you have chosen the “checkout” button you will be taken to the next page which will ask for the shipping information, then click “continue”.
This page will show a final review of your order, including the shipping and payment information; also shown is the total sum you are required to pay. Next click on “Order”.
The Next page you will be given an Order ID No. to keep for future use.
A secure payment page is shown where you fill in the necessary payment details and then click on “Make Payment”.

Atfaluna Returns Policy
All Claims must be posted within 7 days from date of receipt.
Prior to returning any products you must contact us at support@atfaluna.net and provide the following:
- Order number
- Customer Name
- Reason for returning product
- Quantity to be returned
Atfaluna will only accept returns:
- If the product is in its original condition
- Returned within 7 days from date of receipt
Once we receive the product(s) and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied, Atfaluna will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s).
Atfaluna does not refund the original shipping amount on unsatisfactory products. Refund processing may take up to 4 weeks .
